Market Stalls in Thailand

Market Stall listings can include operating stalls, kiosks, fitted pitches and small retail businesses available in markets or other trading locations in Thailand. Because occupancy arrangements vary, confirm whether the seller owns transferable business assets or is primarily offering a right to occupy a particular pitch. Review rent, deposits, market fees, opening requirements, licences, fixtures, equipment and any stock included in the asking price. A desirable location can be important, but buyers should verify that the market operator will permit the proposed transfer and intended type of trading. Any turnover claims should be checked independently. Establish exactly what is included before paying for goodwill, equipment or the remaining value of a rental arrangement.
