A big part of the revenue is for the tours, scooter rental, scooter loop and bar.
Rent of the 2 houses 25 000THB per month.
Contract renewed last July for 3 years, then automatically renew every 3 years for a total of 9 years.
The owner of the houses is ready to keep the contract for the hostel, and didn’t change the rent price on the new contract. She is also open to sell the 2 houses if you are interested.
We have solid partnerships with local companies for scooter rental, tours, travel to Laos and we organise a scooter loop regularly, tested and approved by our guests.
A bar is also open for guests only.
