Where there’s wool, there’s a way

My eyes are sore and my fingers are stiff but I cannot stop the click-clacking of the knitting needles. The rhythm is hypnotic as the wool threads between my fingers and the needles twist it into place, as stitch after stitch turn into row after row and a beanie starts to take shape.
